Systematic PM – Mid-Frequency (Futures & FX)
Location: London or New York

The Mandate
This firm has conquered the micro-second world. They are a technological powerhouse with some of the lowest-latency execution rails in the market. Now, they are pivoting. They are deploying significant risk capital into Overnight and Mid-Frequency strategies.

They need a PM or Senior Sub-PM who understands Futures (Rates/FX/Indices) to plug into their execution machine. The thesis is simple: Your Signals + Their Zero-Slippage Execution = Higher Sharpe. You provide the alpha; they provide the rails to ensure you capture 100% of it.

Responsibilities

• The "Execution Alpha" Loop: Re-engineer entry logic to utilize HFT infrastructure.
• Micro-to-Macro Feature Engineering: Incorporate Level 3 order book dynamics into signals.
• The Overnight Gap: Structure portfolio to manage gap risk.

About You

The Structural Edge

• The Rails (Execution Alpha): Run strategies on infrastructure built for HFT.
• The Culture: Technology firm with no investment committees or red tape.

Ideal Profile
The Quant: Trade G10 Futures, FX, or Liquid Indices with holding periods ranging from minutes to days.
The Tech-Native: Hands-on (Python/C++).
The Level: Open to proven PM or high-performing Sub-PM blocked by a ceiling at a large Multi-Manager.

Compensation

Structure: 30-50% Formulaic Payout. Note: This is a pure "Eat What You Kill" proprietary trading structure designed for high-conviction risk takers.
