Reporting to the Nuclear Project Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our Project Management delivery capability — supporting clients across the full project delivery lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and supply chain partners to deliver excellent project management services, compliance and performance. Extensive experience of success in the delivery of projects, acting as Project Manager.
Understanding of the application of NEC 4 forms of contract
Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams

Knowledge of Safety and Environmental legislation, practices and policies.
Strong capability in application of project management practices, methodologies, and tools.
Customer-centric approach to delivering a high-quality output
Proficient technical knowledge of the UK Power Sector and associated primary and secondary assets (Overhead Lines, Substations, Protection & Control, Underground Cables) is preferred but not essential and strong construction backgrounds or other utility knowledge/experience will also be considered
Degree or HNC in an engineering discipline, or relevant experience.
Must already have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to secure this prior to commencement of the role.
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent desirable.
Membership of IET / IAM leading to Chartered Status.
Appropriate management qualification (i.e., APM; IPMA Level C and/or Prince2/PMP® certification)

Experience operating within client organisations over 10 years (or 8 with a recognised chartership)
Experience of delivering major projects with relevant sector experience in nuclear, water, environment, defence, rail, highways or other major/complex regulated infrastructure sectors
Ability to integrate inputs across people, process, technology, and regulatory interfaces
In depth knowledge of CDM regulations and risk management
Familiarity with the full construction lifecycle
Fully conversant with all commonly utilised office IT packages as well as industry specific systems (e.g. contract management)
Experience of common PM methodologies and systems (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Prince2)
A strong appetite for continuous learning and self development
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree qualification in a related subject
Full Membership of chartered body such APM at MAPM or working towards chartership.
Valid CSCS card;
NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred)
