Responsibilities

• Oversee and/or manage the setup, execution, and close-out of regional and global projects in compliance with WEP Clinical SOPs and Policies.
• Responsible for project team’s leadership, training, and operational oversight.
• Identify, evaluate, monitor, and mitigate any factors or processes that may threaten project quality.
• Participate in proposal meetings for potential clients and support Business Development with contracts.
• Audit the compilation and completion of the eTMF and CTMS.

About You

Ideal Candidate: Team Player, Adaptable, Detail Oriented, Problem Solver

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (health or science field preferred), 4-7 years of experience in project management or clinical research, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise, Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using eTMF and CTMS systems, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Excellent attention to detail, Familiar with ICH GCP guidelines.
