The relevant role is a Senior Project Coordinator position that will involve running the structure for a $160M High-End Apartment project on the outskirts of the Melbourne CBD.

Typical Responsibilities Will Include

Managing subcontractorsPreparing progress reports and ensuring all other documents are kept up to date Procurement and communicating effectively with suppliers and subcontractorsDriving and enforcing OH&S safety methods and procedureReviewing expenses and tracking costs

Role

Senior/Project Coordinator experience in the Tier 1 or 2 environment for a Commercial headcontractorExperience running a large structural package on a High-End Apartment project heavily favorable Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient with Hammertech and Aconex softwares
