About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Source new lending opportunities through established networks
• Recommend service providers and prepare governance submissions
• Negotiate facility terms, pricing, and conditions with borrowers
• Prepare loan submissions for the Lending Committee
• Manage loans end-to-end including construction drawdowns
• Monitor covenants to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Report to Executive, Lending, Treasury, and Board committees

About You

5-10+ years’ commercial property development lending experience
Strong broker and professional networks
Advanced credit analysis and structuring capability
Highly proactive, collaborative, and team-focused
