Senior Client Portfolio Manager

Ebury Melbourne - Office based (4 days in the office / 1 day from home)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management.
• Collaborate with a large, successful sales team to assist in business origination.
• Deliver on specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling cross-selling multiple relevant products, and increasing wallet-share.
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.

About You

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience of working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Sophisticated technical ability; statistical/fundamental analysis & risk management practices.
• Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
