Regional Portfolio Manager UK, Europe, ME and Americas

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Portfolio Manager to oversee the full end-to-end lifecycle of all leased office locations across the UK, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. With responsibility for a portfolio of more than 40 sites and 60 leases, this role sits at the heart of the Corporate Real Estate function and plays a critical part in shaping how the organization occupies space globally. From strategy development and business case creation through to acquisition, negotiation, renewals, exits, and reinstatements, you will oversee all lease-related activity while ensuring strong commercial management, governance, and alignment with organizational needs.

This is a highly varied opportunity, covering a wide-ranging, international portfolio and offering the scope to truly make the role your own. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross functional partners to advise on optimal workplace solutions, manage portfolio performance, and leverage real-time market intelligence to support informed decision making. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll benefit from a short hop to the top, direct access to senior stakeholders, and the ability to shape impactful property strategies quickly and effectively. You’ll also take ownership of global lease administration, valuations, and financial stewardship across leased assets, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering significant visibility and the chance to influence major real estate strategy across multiple regions. You will manage external partners, drive high-quality negotiation outcomes, enhance global processes, and ensure the organization maintains the right workplaces in the right locations on the right terms. For someone looking for a broad remit, genuine autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful mark, this is an exceptionally impactful and rewarding opportunity.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
