About the Opportunity

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Data Analytics and Compliance) for a client-dedicated role in Ware. Join our team in enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through innovative solutions and life-changing therapies.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Document/Data Migration
• Process Analytics and Trending
• On-boarding training/On-going training on client systems
• Application of knowledge and leveraging continuous improvement activities
• Proactively communicate compliance systems support and problem resolution
• Ensure lifecycle management and archiving of controlled-issued documentation

About You

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. Previous experience equivalent to 2+ years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proactive user of Power BI or other data analytics/visualization software
• Experienced in user testing within acquisitions environment
• Compliance systems experience preferred
• Strong project management experience preferred
• Experience with Veeva Vault strongly desired
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
• Experience with controlled document computer systems required
• Ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate at various levels
