Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of new products, from concept to in-market launch
• Create and maintain detailed project plans capturing all requirements from start to finish of product delivery
• Act as a leader to drive project delivery and work collaboratively across functions
• Proactively manage risks and find innovative solutions to issues
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Lead cross-functional project meetings throughout the process

About You

What we are looking for in you:

• 3-5 years Project Management experience within FMCG environments
• Experience working on New Product Development projects
• A confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with all levels of the business
• Calm under pressure and able to navigate ambiguity with clarity
• Assertive and people orientated, with strong interpersonal skills
• Project Management qualification preferred (APMP or equivalent)
• Experience using project management software is a plus (Wrike, Asana, MS Project etc.)
