Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Blackburn on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle and Variations Project Management
• Liaison with relevant parties involved with Projects
• Full financial responsibility for circa £1.5M in revenue
• Follow Company and on-site Developments process
• Produce an overall plan for works
• Procure competent Contractors
• Monitor progress of design, works, and commissioning activities

About You

Demonstrable & varied experience in delivering Lifecycle and Variation Projects. Experience in challenging environments like healthcare and Education. Thorough understanding of project management principles. Awareness of Confidentiality. Good team working and administrative experience. Organisational skills. Interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to provide professional guidance. Facilities Management experience. Health & Safety knowledge.
