  • Orchestrate full-scale data migration and validation activities, working closely with technical teams to ensure data integrity during go-lives.
  • Direct vendor and third-party supplier relationships, while maintaining tight control over project budgets, RAID logs, and commercial approvals.
  • Champion business change and user adoption, bridging the gap between technical delivery and stakeholder expectations.

  • Deep expertise in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing (UAT/SIT), and go-live support.
  • Hands-on proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project Online, and Azure DevOps to track sprints and progress.
  • Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, with the ability to pivot based on project requirements.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of £50k - £60k plus a performance-linked profit share bonus.
  • Flexible hybrid working model that keeps you close to home while delivering face-to-face impact at local client sites.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including a robust pension scheme, life assurance, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • The opportunity to work for a market leader with a clear path for professional growth and exposure to diverse enterprise technologies.
