They are now seeking a PMO Lead to join the business on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMO professional with digital agency experience to step into a strategic leadership role within a growing, purpose-driven organisation. You'll help shape processes, lead talented project managers, and contribute directly to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

As PMO Lead, you will oversee and evolve the Project Management Office, ensuring high-quality delivery across client programmes and internal operational initiatives.

  • Drive efficient, scalable PMO operations aligned with client expectations
  • Personally oversee a portfolio of high-impact, complex projects
  • Provide clarity, structure, and confidence to clients and stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and growth
  • Act as a senior escalation point for programmes, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Own budgets, forecasting, and revenue recognition
  • Lead continuous improvement through reviews, retrospectives, and structured feedback
  • Strengthen collaboration across Delivery, Sales, Systems, and Professional Services
  • Partner with Presales on timelines, estimates, and resourcing for new work

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading a PMO function within a digital agency
  • A strong track record in delivering complex projects and programmes
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget and revenue management
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • A collaborative, influential approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
