Role Overview

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 250-unit Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development. The successful candidate will oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring high standards, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience managing medium-to-large scale residential projects, preferably PBSA or mixed-use schemes.
Strong knowledge of UK construction processes, planning, and regulations.
Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience with contract administration and stakeholder management.
Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
