About the Opportunity

Be a partner and trusted advisor who genuinely understands our client’s business issues. Always acts in the best interest of the client’s business and the communities in which they work.

Responsibilities

  • Act as project single point of contact to our client with support from Account Leader and Sector Leader
  • Provide advice, information and co-ordinate with client’s cross-functional business units and partners on retail development prioritization and needed supports
  • Develop solutions, program and project management methodologies, standards, tools and trainings for the project teams based on the client’s target
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and client’s teams
  • Manage cash collection of assigned account(s) and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Recruitment, induction, development and performance management of team members and sub-consultants
  • Provides training to project managers to increase their competencies in key knowledge areas of project management

About You

  • 15+ years working experience in project management
  • Broad range of project management experience in green field, mixed-use developments with international and domestic clients/organizations
  • Hands on, result focused with drive to resolve roadblocks and identify potential risks or bottlenecks throughout project lifespan
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with good understanding in design and construction
  • Good English/Chinese communication skill, both spoken and written as well as negotiation skills
  • Experience in working with/for international company previously preferred
