About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a Grid Project Director to lead a major portfolio of transmission, distribution, and substation EPC projects across the U.S. This role combines client leadership, commercial oversight, and project delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a large multi-million-dollar project portfolio
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers in a high-growth division
  • Manage client relationships and support business capture
  • Drive commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and risk management
  • Act as a cultural and safety leader across project teams

About You

Deep experience in T&D/Substation projects (overhead, underground, HV)
Background leading EPC or utility-scale power projects
Strong commercial leadership, including negotiating $50M+ contracts
Experience managing construction teams and complex risk profiles
15+ years industry experience (with 5+ years in senior PM or project leadership roles)
