About the Opportunity

Due to continued success, our UK Construction team in Birmingham is seeking a Project Director with high-rise experience. The Project Director will have overall responsibility for managing and onsite construction of major/complex contracts typically exceeding £60m.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Tender Team and manage the production of competitive tenders
  • Prepare programme, method statements, and submission documents
  • Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental plan compliance
  • Monitor site progress, cost, risk, and administrative procedures
  • Lead project team, supply chain, and clients towards safety and quality standards

About You

15 years' experience in construction with national contracting organisations. In-depth market understanding, finance control/reporting ability, knowledge of construction techniques, BIM modeling, building regulations, and safety/fire regulations.

Eligibility

Academic/professional industry management qualification, membership of professional institutions, familiarity with CVRs, PEP, Contract Management, and relevant certifications like IOSH, CDM/PSCS Awareness.
