Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the airport development project to ensure it meets client requirements and expectations.Reporting to the company management boardBased in the project site office for an airport terminal expansion project in the UAE.Lead and manage the multidisciplinary and multinational supervision team and design team to deliver the contracted servicesTime, Resource and Budget control, reporting and forecastingManaging procurement and administration of external service providersManaging contractual requirements

Requirements:Act as the Engineer in Fidic form of contract between the Employer and ContractorMaster's Degree in Architecture or EngineeringProfessional Registration as Architect or Engineer10yrs Minimum relevant Experience in Airport Projects20yrs Minimum Post Graduate Professional ExperienceExperience in the role of Project Director for large scale and complex building or infrastructure projectStrong capability to handle the contractual and commercial areaPreferable - experience as Engineer in Fidic Construction Contract formats and Supervision consultancy servicesPreferable - Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Office365, and project/document control systemsProfessional working proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
