  • Coordinating pilot activity for home delivery across WHSmith and Forecourt

  • Maintaining project documentation, governance, and communication across workstreams
  • Supporting data, reporting, and insight development to improve decision-making
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and ways of working

About You

We’re looking for a confident, organized, and proactive project professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, change‑focused environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • A positive, “can‑do” mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally

Benefits

  • Excellent bonus potential up to 15% of salary
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Company car
  • Up to 60% discount for you, your partner, as well as your family and friends
  • Enhanced benefits, including enhanced parental leave, pension, sick pay, and life assurance

About Company

We offer flexible working arrangements, including options to adjust your hours, work compressed schedules, or follow a fixed shift pattern to support your work–life balance.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to high‑impact retail and transformation projects within a well-known brand, while making a real difference across Moto’s estate.
