About the Opportunity

We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator / PMO Assistant / Project Support

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Entry to Mid-Level (0–5 years)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Coordinate communication across project teams and departments
  • Support risk, issue, and change management processes
  • Maintain accurate project records, status updates, and task logs
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and project reviews
  • Help ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies

About You

0–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support roles

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Good written and verbal communication abilities

Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Based in Singapore with full working rights
