This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, where some work-from-home flexibility is offered. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention, resolving customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and addressing customer needs, analyzing feedback to improve experiences, and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our platform. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance service offerings will also be key to the role.
