About the Opportunity

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, where some work-from-home flexibility is offered. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention, resolving customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and addressing customer needs, analyzing feedback to improve experiences, and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our platform. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance service offerings will also be key to the role.

About You

Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
Strong Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs and improving service delivery
Experience in Customer Retention strategies and demonstrated success in fostering loyalty
Relationship Building skills to create and maintain meaningful connections with clients
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote and on-site environment
Familiarity with the Life Science sector is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
