About the Opportunity

NORCAP’s mission is to improve aid to protect and empower people affected by crises and climate change. With expertise in the humanitarian, development and peacebuilding sectors, we collaborate with local, national, and international partners on finding solutions that meet the needs of people at risk.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement M&E plans and results frameworks for PLRCAP projects and activities
  • Collect, analyse, and present data for project management and donor reporting
  • Coordinate assessments, surveys, baselines, endlines, and evaluations, including field visits
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and compliance with work plans and budgets
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements
  • Prepare high-quality programmatic and financial reports for donors
  • Facilitate learning and development opportunities for partner organisations
  • Represent PLRCAP at trainings, meetings, and stakeholder forums

About You

The role will require expertise in M&E design and implementation and the ideal candidate will bring a mix of M&E expertise and project implementation as well as strong communication skills, an understanding of NGO operations, and a genuine passion for fostering growth and effective learning within the sector.

Eligibility

This position is open exclusively to Nigerian citizens holding a valid Nigerian passport.
