Project Coordinator (East/ Gov/ Contract)

About the Opportunity

Exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation within the airport operations and management industry. 5 days work week (Office Hour) - Hybrid working available. Location: East. 1 year renewable contract. Salary: Up to SGD 5000 (subjected to experience).

Responsibilities

  • Track progress across project workstreams, including requirements, tender activities, vendor clarifications, and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain core project artefacts such as action logs, issue/risk trackers, and decision logs.
  • Support meetings by preparing decks, capturing decisions, and ensuring action items are closed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and technical teams to keep activities aligned.
  • Assist with content identification and migration tasks, validating completeness and tracking progress.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, including briefings, user guides, and communication materials.
  • Support operational tasks such as configuring access groups and updating record owners.

About You

Requirements:

  • Strong execution and follow‑through; highly organised with excellent documentation discipline.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and conversational AI tools; basic Python knowledge is a plus.
