About the Opportunity

Weng Meng (SG) Pte Ltd is the newly established subsidiary of Weng Meng Industries Sdn Bhd, with over four decades of experience in the door industry since 1979. Weng Meng Industries is a leading total door solutions provider internationally, manufacturing and installing millions of doorsets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Team with Tenders and Quotation Preparation of Door and Ironmongery Schedule
  • Coordination to ensure that bill of quantities is constantly up to date
  • Assist in the preparation of project scheduling and mock up requirements
  • Project Coordination with Architect/ Main Contractor / Sub Contractors
  • Ensure project progress is in accordance with timeline and master program
  • Coordination of material delivery status, production status, and site installation progress
  • Coordination for controlled sample and finishes approval
  • Work progress to be updated weekly
  • CAD and BIM Drawings: Responsible for drafting and preparation of drawings
  • Ensure drawings are in accordance with specifications or proprietary details
  • Proper filing for construction documents and recording of drawing / production transmittal

About You

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of related coordination and drafting experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Autocad is required. IT savvy with good Microsoft Office skills. BIM experience is an added advantage. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with various departments.
