Responsibilities

  • Day to day co-ordination of programme trackers
  • Assist to ensure that all projects are delivered within timescales
  • Co-ordination of field staff/material requirements etc.
  • Required standard of safety, quality and environmental management met
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of our operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility
  • Comply with site and workplace audits
  • Attendance at monthly team meetings

About You

Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.

Develop working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

Awareness of network development policies and procedures.

Working knowledge of SPEN Project building and financial systems (PPM and PM)

Develop customer service skills.

Proactively build knowledge of network and the network management systems.

Contract management skills and general commercial & regulatory awareness.

Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.

Ability to devise solutions to complex problems/ challenges

Working knowledge of Energy Networks IT systems.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including PowerBi.

Eligibility

  • Previous experience in a relevant area
  • Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite
  • Working knowledge of SPEN Project building and financial systems (PPM and PM)
  • Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices
  • An effective and confident written and verbal communicator
  • Ability to proactively build knowledge
  • Confidence to work unsupervised
