About the Opportunity
Job Title: Project Coordinator/Client Partner, Records Creative
Department: Records Creative Team, Tokyo
Location: Tokyo Office/Hybrid Working
Reports to: Head of Client Partner - Records Creative Team
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and events with internal and external stakeholders
- Support clients by aligning records with their vision and goals
- Assess evidence to determine record achievements and maintain database
- Book adjudicators for events and conduct necessary research
- Maintain high client service standards with timely communication
About You
Key requirements and capabilities:
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, client handling, and project/event coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Native-level English and Japanese skills
- Client-Centric Focus, Adaptability, Effective Communication, Presentation Skills, Collaboration and Innovation, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Research Basics, Confidentiality Awareness, Passion for Brand, Language skills
Eligibility
Undergraduate Degree preferred but not required
