About the Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across multiple functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management software is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Certification in project management methodologies or familiarity with frameworks such as Agile is considered an advantage.
