Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Proven experience in Aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls and related aluminium facade works.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of all site settings, measurements, verification of product dimensions.
• Project monitoring and coordination, site supervision.
• Assist the Project Manager in liaising with appointed Professional Engineer's on the submissions and statutory requirements.
• Liaise closely and monitor with production department on the output of fabrications and delivery schedule. This will also include hardware and ironmongeries.
• Ensure all installation works carried out by the nominated sub-contractors are in accordance with the approved drawing, in view of the quality of the workmanship, the skills of grouting, and etc.
• Have strong abilities and knowledge in project management, administrations, contractual matters, design requirements and fabrication processes to facilitate the smooth operation of projects.
• Required to perform duties beyond the normal working hours in view of the nature of the work, working on public holidays etc. and be contactable at all times in the event of emergency recall.
