Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Effective communications in verbal and written. Collaborating: The ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control project activities. Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
