Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at GROW, your key areas of focus will include:

* Supporting the implementation manager with go-live planning activities
* Managing record-keeping and assurance artefacts for audits
* Managing implementation event logistics (on-site and on-line)
* Preparing go-live roster
* Preparing go-live ways of working and establish communications channels
* Supporting readiness tracking activities
* Supporting program reporting activities
* Supporting problem analysis and solutioning

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Experience in a similar project coordination role within the superannuation industry or broader financial services industry (preferred but not essential)
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Strong business acumen
* Desire to further your career in the financial services/fintech industry
