Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cross-functional programs.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing project management team.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in program management.
• Client Satisfaction: Focus on client satisfaction across delivery portfolio.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: Significant experience in program management, including in a leadership role.

Skills: Advanced leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
