Job Description

Challenge yourself and add significant value to the Technology Procurement Sourcing Team. Leadership role working across an expansive internal and external stakeholder group. Permanent role based at Macot, Sydney.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers for significant commercial benefits
  • Provide vital commercial advice for key strategic projects
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Coach and mentor team members for top-tier performance

About You

You are an experienced procurement professional with 10+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement roles within large multinational organizations, preferably in the technology sector. You have strong leadership skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Eligibility

  • 10+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement
  • Experience in leading large-scale sourcing activities and complex negotiations
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrable ability in running cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
