Portfolio Manager (Part-Time Remote)

About the Opportunity

Access dealflow you can't buy. This is not a traditional role. It's a seat next to capital, relationships, and decisions that rarely surface publicly. You'll help manage an active portfolio of ~25 venture and crypto investments while getting real access to live dealflow across various ventures.

Who You'll Work With

Tony Greenberg is Founder of ImpactSoul and Co-Founder of RampRate. Over 25 years, he's advised Fortune 500 companies and built a portfolio spanning infrastructure, Web3, regenerative land, and emerging medicine.

What Success Looks Like

If you do these three things well, you're winning:

• Clean, trusted visibility across the portfolio
• Smart, disciplined crypto execution
• Proactive insight on deals, risks, and opportunities

Everything else supports those outcomes.

The Work (~20 hrs/month)

Investment strategy and relationships (~40%):

• Evaluate new deals and provide fast, high-signal takes
• Support diligence on selected portfolio companies
• Spot risks, red flags, and asymmetric upside
• Map relationships and create cross-portfolio value
• Help position us as a helpful, respected small investor

Portfolio operations (~30%):

• Track ~25 active investments and related documents
• Monitor rounds, valuations, capital calls, distributions
• Manage dashboards, forms, and recurring admin
• Coordinate with money managers and external partners

Crypto and finance operations (~30%):

• Manage positions across major chains and protocols
• Execute staking, LP, and yield strategies responsibly
• Track unlocks, vesting, airdrops, and tax inputs
• Maintain strong wallet hygiene and operational security

How You Actually Do This In 20 Hours

You're expected to be AI-native. If you can't compress 10 hours of work into 2 using modern tools, this isn't the role.

- Not a passive admin job

- Not a place to learn basics on the fly

- Not for someone optimizing only for cash comp

Compensation

Hourly rate commensurate with experience. Defined bonus for measurable value creation. Possible travel for the right person who's aligned with the mission of driving capital toward a better world.
