About the Opportunity

Roundtree Search have partnered with a growing investment fund, entrenched within Development and Real Estate Investment finance. The role (and Head office of the group) is based in Sydney. As a group, the leadership team are aligned in their goals to double their current AUM in the next 2 years. Currently their typical loan size range between $2m - $20m.

Responsibilities

• Source potential investment opportunities
• Act as a primary point of contact for broker network
• Write up credit paper for potential deals
• Structure deals in collaboration with credit team
• Present deals to Investment Committee

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience running a credit investment transaction from "end-to-end"
• Be comfortable engaging with stakeholders such as Company Founders, Fund Managers, Lenders, and Credit Managers
• Have a results-driven, customer-focused mindset
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrive in a competitive industry
• Have 5+ years of experience within Real Estate Finance
• Enjoy working in a team environment

Eligibility

All Portfolio Managers are incentivised by an uncapped bonus potential.
