Art Pharmacy is a purpose-driven business bringing art to unexpected spaces: hospitals, aged care facilities, corporate environments, and communities that need it most. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we need someone who can keep up and then some.
Experience in a coordinator, project support, or operations role: quality of experience matters more than years. Lives and breathes task managers: Asana experience a strong plus. Spots gaps in processes and fixes them without being asked. Excellent written communication: professional, warm, and clear. Naturally organized with strong attention to detail. A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and gets things done. Genuine interest in art, culture, or the creative industries.
The stuff that makes us love you: You read the room and adapt without drama when priorities change. You bring calm, clear communication to every situation, especially fast-moving ones. You make sure the team always knows what's happening and what's next. You think like a part-owner, not a job-doer.
A note on fit: This role works closely with our CEO. If you thrive with autonomy and ownership and love being close to the action in a purpose-led business, this is a great fit. If you prefer a highly structured environment with predictable routines, this probably isn't the right role.
