National Portfolio Manager Retail

About the Opportunity

Great opportunity for a Centre Manager / Senior Property Manager who is looking at stepping up as a portfolio manager. Portfolio of 16 properties located interstate in VIC, QLD, NSW & WA with 6 direct reports. Mixed portfolio of assets with commercial & retail space.

About You

Extensive experience in retail property management, asset management, or account leadership with mixed use portfolio. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Commerce, or related fields are highly desirable. Must hold Class 3 Assistant Agent or willing to obtain this immediately. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage large budgets, monitor outgoings, and achieve measurable business results. Comfortable with regular domestic travel to oversee a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and operational management of a national mixed-use property portfolio across four states.
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with audit processes.
  • Oversee procurement and tendering for essential services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain property compliance and implement quality initiatives.
  • Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver agreed service outcomes.
  • Partner with the landlord to align property strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and risk management frameworks.

Eligibility

You must have valid Australian working rights to be considered. A police check is required for successful candidates. We use AI tools to assist with hiring, but people make the final decisions. We are currently NOT accepting candidates via an agency, we have PSA’s in place.
