Great opportunity for a Centre Manager / Senior Property Manager who is looking at stepping up as a portfolio manager. Portfolio of 16 properties located interstate in VIC, QLD, NSW & WA with 6 direct reports. Mixed portfolio of assets with commercial & retail space.
Extensive experience in retail property management, asset management, or account leadership with mixed use portfolio. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Commerce, or related fields are highly desirable. Must hold Class 3 Assistant Agent or willing to obtain this immediately. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage large budgets, monitor outgoings, and achieve measurable business results. Comfortable with regular domestic travel to oversee a geographically dispersed portfolio.
