Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Life Science Project Director to lead and deliver complex projects within our Life Sciences portfolio. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale Life Science projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Oversee project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, and change control processes effectively.
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth within the Life Sciences sector.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Arcadis policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or related sectors). Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities. Deep understanding of Life Science project requirements, regulatory environment, and industry trends. Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred. Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
