Junior Project Manager – Asset Management – Transfer Agency – Strike IT

About the Opportunity

We are working with a global asset management business seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of a key cross-border transformation programme.

This role will sit within a high-performing change team and focus on the delivery of strategic initiatives, including the operating model and Transfer Agency (TA) transformation.

HYBRID WORKING 2-3 DAYS IN LONDON

OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO LUXEMBOURG

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of end-to-end projects across operations, technology, and business functions
• Act as a key liaison between regional teams, including London and Luxembourg
• Assist in building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Produce project reporting, updates, and stakeholder communications
• Support change and implementation activities, including process improvements and documentation

About You

Experience:

• 2–5 years’ project delivery experience within Asset / Investment Management
• Exposure to Transfer Agency (TA) or client onboarding processes (highly desirable)
• Experience supporting business, operational, or technology change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, operations, and technology teams
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
