About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our project management team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your project management skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and supporting project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project timelines.
- Support senior project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and budgets.
- Help organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in managing project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure task execution.
- Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
- Maintain and update project documentation and management software.
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
About You
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with risk management and budgeting processes.
- Certification or coursework in project management is a plus.
