AppliedAI is a pioneering AI technology company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, committed to innovation and excellence in artificial intelligence solutions across regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, government, and financial services.

We are seeking a capable and dynamic Junior Project Coordinator to join our team and help deliver successful implementation and transformation Opus deployment projects to our clients.

Role Overview

The Junior Project Coordinator supports project managers and solution delivery team with day-to-day organisation, tracking, documentation, and communication across client and internal projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their delivery/operations career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how projects in a fast-paced tech/AI environment run.

You will proactively help keep projects moving, maintain documentation, assist with scheduling, manage tasks, and support cross-functional coordination under guidance from senior team members.

Experience & Skills

< 2 years of experience in project coordination, admin, operations, or similar roles.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of project workflows or interest in delivery/project management.

Confident communicator, both written and verbal.

Comfortable and proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Slack and similar.

Ability to follow structured processes and work with guidance.

Nice to have

Experience in a tech, SaaS, AI, or consulting environment.

Familiarity with Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews).

Exposure to delivery teams or client-facing environments.

Certifications like CAPM or Agile fundamentals are a plus but not necessary.

Location

This role would be based full-time in our Abu Dhabi office. We are unable to accept applications from those who are unable or unwilling to work from the Abu Dhabi office on a daily basis.
