About the Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of projects across the organization. You will assist project managers in ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Track project progress and update timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate when needed
- Support resource allocation and task management
- Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations
About You
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or experience in project coordination or administration
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project)
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Certification in project management (CAPM or similar)
