Global Product Launch Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

This role supports the promotion of overseas MAHLE products for Japanese customers. You will coordinate between overseas locations, headquarters departments, and domestic clients, while managing projects. Key responsibilities include budget control, assisting with order activities, and compiling and reporting prototype quality inspection results. This position is ideal for those who aspire to become a Project Manager in the future or are interested in driving projects in collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the promotion of overseas MAHLE products for domestic customers
  • Coordinate between overseas MAHLE teams and Japanese clients
  • Manage project budgets
  • Assist with order-related activities
  • Compile prototype quality inspection results and report to customers

About You

High school diploma or above
At least 2 years of experience in sales or 2 years of experience in development in manufacturing
Ability to communicate in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji
Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience in internal and external coordination tasks
Strong customer-facing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
