Responsibilities
- Manage small-scale security projects independently and ensure timely delivery as required in accordance with guidelines.
- Clear understanding of project requirements and provide support to the daily security project management and coordination.
- Coordinate project handover, documentation, and final delivery to meet GS requirements.
- Conduct effective internal and external communications with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, update project status, and escalate risks or delays in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing equipment inventory and updating documents.
- Perform other project coordination duties assigned.
About You
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering studies or equivalent.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating or managing small-scale security/ELV projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Prior experience working with or adhering to customer-specific security guidelines/standards.
- Ability to independently manage small-scale security projects and deliver on time.
- Experience in system implementation, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
