About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive eCommerce Project Coordinator to support the execution of digital commerce initiatives across our business. This role will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that eCommerce campaigns, product launches, and platform updates are delivered on time and to specification.
This is a cross-functional role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications for eCommerce initiatives including product launches, promotions, and platform enhancements
- Track project progress and ensure alignment across marketing, design, development, and external vendors
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in the setup and execution of promotional campaigns, including discount mechanics, landing page briefs, and asset delivery
- Ensure campaign elements are delivered and deployed accurately and on schedule
- Monitor campaign performance and escalate issues as needed
- Stakeholder & Vendor Communication
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external Shopify developers, agencies, and freelancers
- Facilitate feedback loops and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to leadership with clear context and recommendations
- Quality Assurance & Testing Support
- Support QA testing of new features, content updates, and promotional setups
- Coordinate feedback and bug reporting with development teams
- Ensure final deliverables meet brand and functional standards
About You
Required Experience:
2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or project coordination/management
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Familiarity with eCommerce workflows, campaign execution, and digital asset management
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
- Comfortable working with digital assets and content briefs
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Required):
- Experience with Shopify Plus or multi-region store setups
- Exposure to digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Meta Pixel)
- Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe XD
- Project Management experience or certifications a plus
