Data Center Project Coordinator (Banking)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive Data Centre infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of DC-related activities including upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including facilities, network, systems, and vendors.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline DC operations and project workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.

About You

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Center environments (operations, infrastructure, or project coordination), or strong interest in transitioning into DC domain.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure or IT-related projects.
• Possess knowledge or experience of programming / automation skills (e.g., scripting, workflow automation, process automation tools).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to DC infrastructure such as power, cooling, rack deployments, cabling, or network/server rollouts.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written).
• Experience working in multicultural or global environments.
