Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Center (DC) Project Coordinator to support and drive Data Center infrastructure-related projects in Seoul. This role will be responsible for coordinating DC initiatives end-to-end while also contributing to automation and process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination capabilities with technical curiosity and hands-on automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive Data Center infrastructure projects from planning through execution
• Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Support automation initiatives to improve DC operations and project workflows
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency enhancements
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and status updates for leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with operational standards

About You

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Center environments or strong interest in transitioning into DC infrastructure
• Experience in project coordination or project support roles
• Basic to intermediate automation skills (e.g., scripting, workflow automation, tooling improvements)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Korean (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting infrastructure, facilities, or IT projects
• Hands-on experience with automation tools or scripting languages
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Continuous improvement mindset
