Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure engineers.
• Manage external design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
• Oversee the design and implementation of Tier III/Tier IV data center infrastructure (power, cooling, fire protection, security, and structured cabling).
• Manage the full lifecycle of data center projects from concept to commissioning.
• Implement best practices for energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational resilience.

About You

10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in data center design, delivery, or operations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial awareness.

Eligibility

Experience in GCC/Middle East region is highly desirable (for local context). Proficiency in project management tools and engineering design software. Problem-solving mindset with focus on resilience and innovation.
