What You Will Be Doing
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional customers
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings and workshops
Project Management
- Own project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain project plans and status reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Customer Success & Growth
- Monitor engagement health
- Support scalable onboarding processes
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancement
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of customer-facing experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with project management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- High EQ and interpersonal confidence
- Commercial awareness
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries
- Background working with institutional clients
- Exposure to climate, ESG, or compliance environments
- Formal project management qualification
