Position Title: CRE Credit Products Portfolio Manager Sr.

Job Summary

The Senior CRE Credit Products Portfolio Manager is a strategic advisor responsible for structuring, negotiating, and managing highly complex commercial credit relationships. This role influences credit strategy by providing deep market insights, proactive risk identification, and innovative deal structuring solutions. With extensive experience in credit analysis and portfolio management, this position ensures long-term portfolio health while supporting the bank’s growth objectives. Additionally, this role serves as a mentor and thought leader, developing junior credit professionals and shaping best practices in underwriting and risk management.

Pay Range: $106,024 - $165,862

Responsibilities

  • Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of highly complex credit transactions
  • Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify industry trends
  • Serve as a strategic partner to RMs and senior leadership
  • Work directly with clients, legal counsel, and internal teams to negotiate credit agreements
  • Mentor junior credit professionals and provide training and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent) MBA or CFA preferred.

Job Requirements

Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or 12+ years of equivalent experience.

Minimum experience required: 10+ Years in commercial credit analysis/structuring, underwriting, portfolio management and risk analysis.

Additional Accountabilities

Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
