Established more than 50 years ago, Natta Building Company Ltd specialises in Building and Civil Engineering projects across the southern half of the UK. Responsibilities

• To lead respective teams in the successful delivery of each project exceeding profitability targets whilst maintaining a safe working environment and in order to exceed client expectations.
• To have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• Main Tasks/Responsibilities:
• To direct a multi-disciplinary team through the project to ensure deadlines are met ensuring that detailed plans are drawn up for each stage
• To manage relationships with the client team and third parties to ensure works are able to progress without hesitation

About You

Person Specification

Criteria

• Qualifications: Degree level qualification or experience equivalent
• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, Main contractor experience, SMSTS ticket, Membership of an industry professional body
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, Ability to work as part of a team, Driving Licence, Flexibility and a willingness to work overtime when required, Right to work in the UK, Fluency in the English language, Ability to walk on all sites on uneven ground, A level of physical fitness is required in order to properly discharge the requirements of this role, People management skills, Excellent organisational and time management skills
