Associate, Project Coordinator (Contract)

Job Description

About the Opportunity

Act as the primary liaison between Game Developers, Marketing, and Revenue Planning teams to consolidate collaboration content and align on campaign plans. Manage the weekly submission pipeline, coordinating the timely submission of collaboration content (including in-game 3D models, UI assets, marketing visuals, and event logic) to the relevant stakeholders. Translate creative assets, design documents, and internal feedback into target language for submission to stakeholders, ensuring nuance and accuracy are preserved. Act as the key communicator by relaying stakeholder feedback to internal teams, ensuring revisions are accurately implemented and resubmitted in a timely manner. Take full ownership of project timelines, proactively tracking progress of deliverables against strict deadlines to ensure timely and successful in-game collaboration launches. Ensure all internal teams are aligned on the content brand guidelines and the overall strategic objectives of each project. Conduct market research to maintain a library of potential partners (e.g., anime, manga, brands, cartoons) and identify trends aligned with the game’s target demographic. Summarize and analyze post-launch performance of cooperation cases and prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports for stakeholders. Develop review reports to highlight key successes, insights, and areas for improvement to optimize future projects. Work closely with regional developers, art teams, and external partners in China and Japan on a daily basis, managing frequent real-time discussions, feedback cycles, and alignment sessions in a highly collaborative, cross-regional environment.
